1. In a pan, add 2 cups of water.. Once the water is hot add 2 tomatoes. Cook till skin of tomatoes comes out.
2. Let tomatoes cool and remove skin of tomatoes and make a puree out of that and keep aside.
3. In another pan, add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp oil and Salt as per taste. Once water starts boiling add pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes till pasta becomes soft.
4. Once pasta is cooked drain off excess water
5. Now take a skillet.. add butter and once butter melts add chopped garlic.
6. Once garlic turns golden brown add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
7. Further add tomato puree to it and cook for 2-3 minutes.
8. Now add red chilli powder, black pepper and mixed herbs and mix well
9. Then add tomato ketchup to it
10. Finally add pasta to it.. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Once it cools down a bit transfer it to tiffin box.. I bet kids are going to love it.. Garnish with some grated cheese..Healty and tasty pasty is ready to go in lunchbox.. ENJOY!!!
