- as needed Cheese cubes cut into pieces
- as needed Oil for frying

- Grind the sprouts in mixer jar till coarse do not add water

- Add boiled potatoes and all the above mentioned ingrediants except cheese and oil



- Mix well form a ball and make a cavity in it and keep the cheese piece in the cavity and roll the ball again



- Prepare all the balls in the same manner and keep aside

- Heat the oil on medium flame and deep fry the balls till golden brown in colour

- Serve with salad and chutney or any dip and prick a toothpick and serve hot
