- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Glass/250 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
Steps to make Palak paneer
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic & onions. Saute till turns brown.
- Switch off the flame & let it cool down. Blend the mixture to form paste.
- Heat butter in pan & add onion ginger garlic paste. Cook it for 5-7 mints or till it leaves oil.
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder & garam masala. Mix well.
- Heat enough water in a pan. Add spinach & let it boil for 10 mints. Let the spinach cool down. Blend the spinach to have smooth puree.
- Add spinach puree & cook it till leaves oil.
- Meanwhile heat oil in pan and Fry the paneer till it turns light brown.
- Add water and Paneer & let it cook for 5 mints. Add fresh cream.
