  1. 2-3 cloves Garlic
  2. 2 Medium : onion roughly chopped
  3. 1 medium : Tomato chopped
  4. 8-10 Cashews
  5. 2 tbsp Plain Curd
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  9. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  10. 1 tsp Green Chilli
  11. 1 tsp Sugar
  12. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  13. 1 tbsp Ghee / oil
  14. 1 cup Cubed Paneer
  15. 1/4 cup onion chopped
  16. 1-2 tsp kasturi methi

Steps to make Kadhai Paneer

  1. In a pressure cooker, add all above except paneer and ghee. Cook for 2-3 whistles.
  2. Let the mix cool down and then blend it into fine paste.
  3. Now in a thick bottom pan, add Ghee and then add paste.
  4. Cook untill the it gets dry and ghee seperates the pan. It will take roughly 10-12 mins.
  5. Now add 1 cup water and mix well. Let it boil.
  6. Now add cubed paneer and crushed kasturi methi.
  7. Serve hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha.
